On April 25, 2024, the Labor Standards and Health Committee of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) convened their General Membership Meeting (GMM)  meeting in collaboration with Lobien Realty Group (LRG), Century Properties Group Inc (CPGI)., and Eccon Prime.
